PARTIES AND OBJECTIVES

VLLAPlus Turkey requires a deposit payment of 30% of the total fee to be paid for the villa/apartment/apartment after the pre-lease is completed.
The villa/apartment/apartment is reserved and kept in your name if the deposit is paid within 1 (one) business day of the pre-rental. You will be notified of the deposit amount due as well as our bank account numbers via e-mail, SMS, or phone.

If the deposit is not paid, the VILLA department may cancel the pre-reservation without informing the customer and receive another reservation for the villa/apartment/pension.

EXIT / ENTRANCE TO VILLA / APARTMENT / FLAT
On the reservation start day, the entrance time to the villa/apartment/apartment is 16.00 at the earliest and 20.00 at the latest.
Customer; He may not enter the villa/apartment/apartment outside the specified hours, and if he arrives after the specified check-in time, he may enter the villa/apartment/apartment one day later, at the start of the VILLA PLUS TURKEY working hours (09.00).
VLLA Plus Turkey cannot be held responsible for any problems that arise as a result of the customer arriving before or after the specified time, problems arising from not being able to enter the villa/apartment/apartment, overnight accommodation, inability to find accommodation, etc.
The customer is responsible for finding a place to stay and paying for his own lodging.
VILLA PLUS TURKEY cannot be held liable for such occurrences.
The departure time from the villa/apartment/apartment at the end of the reservation is 10:00 a.m. at the latest for all of our regions.
Problems, damages, grievances, and so on arising from the fact that the customer did not vacate the villa/apartment/apartment at 10:00 a.m., or that he did so late. The customer is personally liable for all negatives and will cover any material damages that VILLAPLUSTURKEY may suffer as a result of these negatives.
We strongly advise that travel plans be made in accordance with these hours so that neither party suffers.
In the event of an early departure, VILLAPLUSTURKEY must be notified 24 hours in advance.
If the customer leaves the villa/apartment/apartment without being able to control the villa/apartment/apartment due to the density, the damage deposit will be transferred to a bank account that the customer will be notified of, and the shipping costs will be paid from the damage deposit.
If the customer leaves the villa/apartment/apartment early at his/her own request, there will be no refund of the accommodation fee.
CAPACITY OF A VILLA / APARTMENT / FLAT
We do not accept guests in our Villas/Apartments/Apartments who are larger than the capacity listed on our website or who exceed the number of people specified when making the reservation (including children and babies).
If the customer wishes to change the number of people after the reservation has been finalized, a written application will be submitted to the VILLA PLUS TURKEY, and this change may be approved if the capacity of the villa/apartment/apartment is deemed appropriate by the VILLA PLUS TURKEY.
VILLA PLUS TURKEY reserves the right to charge the customer additional fees.
After checking into the villa/apartment/apartment, no guests other than those on the reservation list are permitted to stay there. In the event that the contrary is determined, VLLAPlus Turkey reserves the right to request that the guests leave the villa/apartment/apartment, to cancel the reservation completely, or to request that the villa/apartment/apartment be completely evacuated without waiting for the end of the rental period, to demand the full price and an extra fee.
During the rental of the villa/apartment/apartment, action is taken in accordance with the customer's declaration, and the customer accepts all responsibilities that may arise in this regard, that the information he/she has provided is correct and complete.
CLEANING/MAINTENANCE OF VILLA/APARTMENT/APARTMENT AND EXTRA EXPENSES
Prices for daily, weekly, and monthly villa/apartment/apartment rentals include entrance cleaning.
For stays of 2 (two) weeks or more, weekly cleaning and towels/sheets, etc. are provided. The cost of change is included in the price. Aside from that, any type of cleaning and towels/sheets, etc., can be requested. There is a fee for the exchange.
The pool and garden are maintained in the early hours of each morning, and if there is any technical problem with the villa during the rental period, it will be fixed by the landlord; VILLA PLUS TURKEY cannot be held liable; it can only assist in the resolution of the problem.
The personnel in charge must enter the garden or inside the villa/apartment/apartment to perform periodic maintenance on the pool, garden, and other fixtures of all villas/apartments/apartments. To ensure that these services are provided without interruption, the customer must permit the personnel in charge to enter the villa/apartment/apartment as needed.
Unless otherwise specified on the villa/apartment/apartment detail page on our website, the prices include electricity, water, bottled gas, pool lighting, internet connection, and air conditioning usage.
Pool lighting, air conditioning, and internet may not be standard in all of our villas/apartments/apartments, so it is recommended that you carefully read the properties of the villa/apartment/apartment you are renting from our villa/apartment/apartment properties page before renting.
PET/CIGARETTE
Pets are not permitted in our villas/apartments/flats unless otherwise specified.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our Villas/Apartments/Apartments' closed areas.
PRICES
Our website lists rental prices for villas/apartments/flats on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Deposits to our bank accounts can be made via money order, EFT, or credit card payment system.
RESERVATION, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, AND RETURN TERMS
The prepayment of the villa/apartment/apartment fee deposited to the VILLA PLUS TURKEY account (regardless of the channel used) will not be refunded to the customer.
Cancellation terms; a) The reservation prepayment is refundable up to the 60th day before the start of the trip.
b) If it is up to the 30th day before the trip's start date, the customer must pay 30% of the total rental price.
c) If it occurs between the 29th day before the trip's start date and the day of the trip's start date, or if the customer does not arrive at all, the customer must pay the full travel cost.
In the event that the customer pays the villa/apartment/apartment prices to VILLA PLUS TURKEY at his own request (via EFT or money order, in cash, or in a single credit card withdrawal), paid in cancellations made up to 30 days before the villa/apartment/apartment. Thirty percent (30%) of the price will be burned. The remaining 70% (seventy percent) will be returned to the account number, which the customer will be notified about. Shipping costs will be deducted from this amount as well.
The total travel fee paid will not be refunded to the customer if the reservation is cancelled 29 days or less before the entry date to the villa/apartment/apartment, or if the villa/apartment/apartment is not checked in and/or there is no accommodation in the villa/apartment/apartment.
VILLA PLUS TURKEY cannot be held liable for any material damage incurred as a result of credit card refund transactions. Such charges as material damage, commission fees, and so on are deducted from the money to be returned to the customer.
If VILLA PLUS TURKEY cancels the villa/apartment/apartment reservation for any reason, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. If an equivalent villa/apartment/apartment is available on the same dates in our portfolio, the customer will be offered it. If the customer does not approve and the situation does not fall under the "force majeure" clause, the money will be returned to the customer.

Reservations can be canceled in writing (e.g. by e-mail or by registered letter with return receipt). Reservation cancellations made over the phone are unquestionably invalid. Reservation cancellations are effective as of the date the letter is received by VILLA PLUS TURKEY.
VILLA PLUS TURKEY cannot be held liable for not using the villa/apartment/apartment due to the customer's fault or for terminating the contract without proper written notice, provided that this contract is valid from the reservation confirmation with the explicit declaration of the parties.
The entire contract price becomes due on the agreed-upon delivery date of the villa/apartment/apartment, and VILLA PLUS TURKEY reserves all legal rights in this regard.
DEPOSIT FOR DAMAGE
A different amount of damage deposit will be collected from the customer depending on the characteristics of each villa/apartment/apartment. This deposit amount will be specified in writing on the confirmation document provided to the customer during the reservation process.
The damage deposit will be collected in cash from the customer on the day of entry to the villa/apartment/apartment, and there will be no damage, missing items, etc. in the control to be made before the customer leaves the villa/apartment/apartment. If this is not the case, it will be refunded in cash.
If the customer wishes to leave the villa/apartment/apartment earlier than specified in the contract, or if the exit control of the villa/apartment/apartment cannot be made due to the intensity, the deposit will be sent to an account number that the customer will be given. If the damage to the villa/apartment/apartment exceeds the deposit, the customer will be asked to pay for it, or legal action will be taken.
SWIMMING POOLS Because the temperature of our villas/apartments/flats varies depending on the weather and season, the customer renting the villa/apartment/apartment may not be able to enter the pool and thus not be able to use the pool. VILLA PLUS TURKEY cannot be held responsible for not being able to enter the pool and thus not being able to use the pool.

OUR OBLIGATIONS AND WARRANTY
VILLA PLUS TURKEY is in charge of delivering the villa/apartment/apartment to the customer on the specified date and time, clean and ready to use.
If there is any broken, non-working item or malfunction at the entrance to the Villa/Apartment/Apartment, the customer should immediately notify the VILLA PLUS TURKEY and request that these problems be corrected.
VILLA PLUS TURKEY will notify the owner of the villa/apartment/apartment or the relevant company of this request and will ensure that this defect is corrected within 48 hours at the latest.
VILLA PLUS TURKEY is not the cause of the problem; rather, it contributes to its abolition.
VILLA PLUS TURKEY cannot be held liable for any failures that are not reported on time.
VILLA PLUS TURKEY acts as an intermediary between the owner of the villa/apartment/apartment and the customer; as a result, the owner of the villa/apartment/apartment is responsible for repairing any problems that may arise in the villa/apartment/apartment.
Aside from that, any accident, illness, injury, drowning in the pool, death, theft, or other occurrences that may occur are the responsibility of the customers. and any fires, thefts, or other incidents that may occur in the villa/apartment/apartment. VILLA PLUS TURKEY accepts no responsibility for incidents or accidents.

TAX INVOICE

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers must clean all kitchen utensils delivered to them in the same manner.

Event of Force Majeure
In the event of a force majeure, VILLA PLUS TURKEY may terminate this contract unilaterally without incurring any legal liability.

VILLA PLUS TURKEY cannot be held liable for such occurrences.
15) VILLA PLUS TURKEY is not liable for situations such as no mobile phone signal, poor reception, or no internet connection from a mobile phone in Villas/Apartments/Apartments or on the road. You can contact your GSM operator for more information on the GSM signal status in the area you intend to visit.
16) By credit card, mail order, EFT, money order, or other means. Even if you pay in the form of a "confirmation e-mail" and a "confirmation document," do not buy a plane ticket, bus ticket, or anything else. 22) Ants or insects, etc., inside the Villa/Apartment/Apartment or on the pool garden or pool terrace as a result of any food item or your garbage. The customer is personally liable for the collection of animals or different animals; VILLA PLUS TURKEY cannot be held liable in this case.
23) Any diseases, chlorine allergies, or other issues that may arise as a result of the water from the villa's/apartment's/swimming apartment's pool or shower. Chemical allergies are not the responsibility of VILLA PLUS TURKEY. People with health or body sensitivities are advised not to enter the pool.
24) Cattle, sheep and goats, chickens, partridges, and other animals in the vicinity of the rented villa/apartment/apartment. Animal husbandry is permitted, and all types of fertilizers may be used in the garden of the rented villa/apartment/flat or in the gardens of neighboring houses/villas/apartments/flats; however, VILLA PLUS TURKEY cannot be held liable for any disturbing animal sounds or foul odors that may result from such events.
25) Funeral, death, war, health problem, accident, or cancellation of leave for employees of a public or private company, etc. In such cases, all rental conditions are strictly enforced, and no cancellation is permitted.
The customer has agreed to all of the terms and conditions stated above, as well as this and that. If VILLA PLUS TURKEY attempts to terminate the lease contract by making excuses, VILLA PLUS TURKEY may exercise its right to terminate the contract on its own and demand the contract price.
DISPUTES FETHYE Enforcement Offices and Courts are authorized to resolve any legal disputes relating to the issues covered by this contract.
CUSTOMERS WHO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR ANY OF OUR VILLAS/APARTMENTS/APARTMENTS ARE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED ALL OF THESE TERMS. BEHAVIOR IN VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE TERMS ENTITLES THE " VILLA PLUS TURKEY" TO UNI-SIDED CANCELLATION, NO REFUND, AND THE CHARGE OF THE FULL FEE.
