Our villa is located in Kayaköy, one of Fethiye's boutique villages. It offers a holiday chance where you will wake up to the sounds of birds in the morning and the sounds of nature and crickets will accompany your dinners in the evening. It is located in nature, calm, and has 360-degree mountain views that can be seen from every angle. Our villa is located 10 minutes from the Oludeniz beach and the center of Fethiye; Kayaköy Ancient City is within walking distance of Lycian walking paths, restaurants, bars, and markets. You can get there in 5 minutes by car; there are tourist attractions such as Afkule Monastery, Darboaz Bay, Gemiler Bay and Gemiler Island, and Souksu Bay.

Our villa sleeps four people and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two toilets. It features a 20-square-meter private pool, a charming green garden, a garden corner set, a swing, and comfortable sun loungers. Our villa, with its stone structure provides an authentic experience, where your children can play safely because it is located on the site; designed for an isolated holiday in the comfort of your own home.

* Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.

* All the photos of the villas on our website have taken and edited by professional photographers. The photos of this villa and the other villas on the website have taken with professional cameras with a wide-angle lens to fit the images to the screen perfectly. As a result, objects in photographs may appear larger than they actually are.

* Some of our villas around Fethiye are built on a slope due to the conditions of the region. To reach these villas it is necessary to go uphill and some of our villas may have a dirt road.

* Internet, electricity and water outages can be observed all over the region due to the high population growth in the summer months of the Fethiye region.
