Our villa is located in Kayaköy, one of the ancient villages of Fethiye. It is in a position in the nature that hosts the walking paths and paths of Lycia, the land of light, historical places such as the ancient city, Afkule Monastery, Gemiler Island, and touristic deep blue bays such as Darboğaz Bay, Gemiler Bay and Soğuksu Bay.

Our villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and toilets has an accommodation capacity of 4 people. It has a lush garden covered with large trees and grass, a private pool, jacuzzi, seating set, dining table and barbecue. Our villa, which takes its guests to a peaceful nature holiday in the footsteps of history with its cute and stone structure interior design, has been carefully designed for our crowded families.

* Small breed pets are accepted. An additional fee of 3000 TL is required.

* Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.

* All the photos of the villas on our website have taken and edited by professional photographers. The photos of this villa and the other villas on the website have taken with professional cameras with a wide-angle lens to fit the images to the screen perfectly. As a result, objects in photographs may appear larger than they actually are.

***CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE REGION***

* Some of our villas around Fethiye/Kayaköy are built on a slope due to the conditions of the region. To reach these villas it is necessary to go uphill and some of our villas may have a dirt road.

* Internet, electricity and water outages can be observed all over the region due to the high population growth in the summer months of the Fethiye/Kayaköy region.
