Villa Derma 1 is located in Fethiye, Ölüdeniz / Ovacık, which is known for its paradise bays and touristic areas. Located within walking distance of Hisarönü Street, markets and restaurants, which has a lively life, our villa is 5 minutes' drive from Ölüdeniz Beach, which was chosen as "the most beautiful beach in the world" in 2009. It is also 15-20 minutes away by car to many places such as Kayaköy, Butterfly Valley, Kıdrak Beach.

Our villa, which has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and WC, has an accommodation capacity of 8 people. It has a garden with a large green area, a private pool of 30 m2, a garden swing, a seating set, a dining table, and a barbecue. Our house, which has a spacious interior, was designed for large families to have a comfortable holiday.

* Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.

The photos of this villa and the other villas on the website have taken with professional cameras with a wide-angle lens to fit the images to the screen perfectly. As a result, objects in photographs may appear larger than they actually are.

* Some of our villas around Fethiye are built on a slope due to the conditions of the region. To reach these villas it is necessary to go uphill and some of our villas may have a dirt road.
