The first floor features a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, and this level is complemented by large verandas with sea views. The upper floor contains three spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and two of the rooms have private verandas with sea views. The ground floor includes a living room, a small kitchen, a shower room, and the fourth bedroom. The villa is equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, Netflix, PlayStation 4, DVD player, toys, yoga mat, and pilates ball. The infinity pool offers views of Yalıkavak Bay and the award-winning Yalıkavak Palmarina. The stylish marina and traditional fish restaurants are just a few minutes away. *Payments in our villa are accepted in Euros. A deposit fee of 2000 Euros is requested. A cleaning fee of €100 per booking per day is required.

* Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.

* All the photos of the villas on our website have taken and edited by professional photographers. The photos of this villa and the other villas on the website have taken with professional cameras with a wide-angle lens to fit the images to the screen perfectly. As a result, objects in photographs may appear larger than they actually are.
