Villa Swing House is located in Kalkan / Islamlar and attracts attention with its sea view and infinity pool. With 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and toilet, our villa stands out as an ideal option for honeymoon couples with its accommodation capacity for 2 people. You can relieve the tiredness of the year in the jacuzzi next to the sheltered private swimming pool of our villa. With its unique sea and nature view, sheltered private swimming pool, garden swing and barbecue, which is indispensable for the summer months, our villa is waiting for guests who want to spend a secluded and peaceful holiday.

NOTE: Extra bed fee is 2000 TL per day.

NOTE: Pet fee is 2000 TL and a maximum of 1 pet is accepted.

NOTE: Before June 1st and after October 1st, due to adverse weather conditions, textile products in open areas are transported to the villa or put into storage.

NOTE: The floating fruit tray and floating breakfast tray in the pool can be sent to villas upon request between 1 April 2025 - 1 November 2025 and will be legal.

NOTE: Between 1 April - 1 November 2025, breakfast for 2 people is included in our villa. Breakfast time is between 09:00 - 12:00. 

NOTE: If breakfast is requested at the villa, an extra 750 TL service fee will be charged. (In case of bad weather conditions in October and April, there will be a free shuttle service to your home)

NOTE: The welcome package and hygiene set are introduced free of charge.

NOTE: *Villa Check-in time is 16:00 or later, Villa Check-out time is 12:00 or before.

NOTE: All the photos of the villas on our website have taken and edited by professional photographers. The photos of this villa and the other villas on the website have taken with professional cameras with a wide-angle lens to fit the images to the screen perfectly. Therefore, the objects in the photos may appear larger than they are.

NOTE: All our villas located in nature are sprayed regularly. However, there are still possibility of being foundbutterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment.
